And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing
seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in which is the
fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for food.
(Holy Bible, Book of Genesis, 1:29)
As a Christian, you have the God given right to follow your
religion and live your religion without fear of persecution or prosecution.
Human rights laws lay down your rights to practice your religion without fear
of persecution or prosecution.
In growing the hemp plant and using it for medicinal and or
religious meditative reasons you are not hurting anyone and under common law,
in order to commit a criminal offence, there must be some form of loss, theft
or harm to another. No harm equals no foul.
In the UK, the difference between lawful and legal is common
law jurisdiction.
In being a Christian, you understand that man’s law does not
supersede God’s law and you are bound by this – you have no choice. Remember
that you are not your name or title, but your true spirit self with inalienable
God-given rights bestowed at birth - God, meaning as in “That from which all
things come.”
In the UK, at present, it is deemed illegal to grow and use
products from the hemp plant. The law in the UK has been created for those who
subscribe to the government of the UK. If you don’t subscribe to the UK
government then you are a free sovereign and as such, you subscribe to
religious and or common law.
The monarchy in Britain is Christian and as head of state,
the reigning sovereign supports the government in its laws, common law
as laid down in the Magna Carta and God's law. The monarchy, in allowing government laws to
supersede common law and God’s law via the persecution and or prosecution of
those choosing to grow and personally use products from the hemp plant for
religious and or meditative purposes, is going against God’s law and
therefore, cannot be Christian in thought or deed.
The monarchy in the UK must choose whether it is Christian
or otherwise, as to remain in a hypocritical position, it cannot rule its
subjects fairly in a lawful, legal, religious and compassionate way.
